Anthony J. Giudice
Attorney
Having a deep respect for the legal field as well as a firm grasp of the courtroom process, Anthony J. Giudice began his career in 2007 as a litigator in complex business issues. Anthony’s practice included intentional interference with contractual relations, breach of contract, legal malpractice, reclaiming wrongfully taken property, conversion, foreclosures, mechanic’s liens, and more. Anthony practiced against numerous top-100 firms, authored many pre-trial motions, and took part in various trials and depositions.
Following the birth of his first child, Anthony was inspired to help individuals and families in difficult situations. In 2011, Anthony shifted his legal practice to focus solely on family law, representing clients in areas such as complex divorce and financial matters, business evaluations, child support, and custody.
Recognized as an honest and diligent attorney, Anthony does not compromise when it comes to his clients’ best interests. As a husband and father of two, Anthony understands the impact that a legal case can have on an individual and their family.
Anthony earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from John Marshall Law School. While at John Marshall, Anthony was chosen for the “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges” and also reached the quarterfinals of the Dean Fred H. Herzog Moot Court Competition. Anthony has also worked as a clerk for a Joliet personal injury lawyer and a Cook County commercial litigation firm.
In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, alongside watching his favorite Chicago sports teams. Anthony is also a member of his Homeowners’ Association Board.
